Bore packing :- The process of fixing plumbing pipes by cutting core into the RCC slab or wall is called Bore packing.
Procedure of Bore packing
- The inner side of the core cutting should be hacked and remove all the dust and loose particles from the surface.
- Epoxy bonding agent shall be applied over the hacked surface as per the manufacturer guidance.
- Apply the non shrinkable structural grout over the tacky surface of epoxy bonding agent as per the manufacturer guidance.
- Cure the of non structural grout surface with water as per the guidance.
